Rental Rates and Information

The Parlor at Posh Vintage reflects the tradition of old-fashioned hospitality and charm.  You and your guests will be surrounded by the fresh styling of vintage furniture and decor and a plethora of whimsical details.

As you enter our beautiful venue - a former abode built in the early 1900's - you will immediately notice the grand chandelier that hangs from an original wood beam.  Two exposed brick fireplaces highlight one wall while a stunning vintage landscape mural accents another.  

 

Along with the cozy atmosphere, you will be delighted with our selection of tableware and decor options.  We invite you take a moment to peruse our rental packages below.  Of course, we would be happy to customize a package to meet your specific needs.

Ruby Package
$95.00/hr (Up to 24 People)
4 Hour Minimum
Includes Set Up and Break Down Time

Includes:

*Rental of venue only

*Perfect for DIY clients interested in bringing all of their own tableware and decor 

*Includes our vintage wrought iron tea cart flower bar (you bring your own flowers)

*Includes beige table linens for round tables

*Use of prep kitchen counter space  for non-refrigerated food items only with minimal sink usage (not for cleaning dishes/decor)

*Onsite Posh host (does not assist with event)

*Everything that is brought in by clients is taken away by clients

*(All refuse must be removed by guests from The Parlor at the conclusion of event.)*

Emerald Package
$95.00/hr + $17.00 Per Person (Up to 24 People)
4 Hour Minimum

Includes Set Up and Break Down Time 


 

Includes:

*Rental of venue 

*Includes full use of prep kitchen (small fridge, small microwave, full size sink)

*Choice of either:

Posh Tea Party Package (mismatched salad plate, teacup and saucer, 1 each silverplate teaspoon and butter knife) plus vintage juice glass or water goblet and beige contemporary napkin

-or-

Posh Classic Table Setting (mismatched dinner plate, silverplate fork and knife, and vintage juice glass or water goblet) plus beige contemporary napkin

*Essential tea party/party serveware (three tiered servers, cake stands, platters, sugar/creamer sets, teapots, serving utensils, etc.)

*Silverplate samovar (for hot water)

*Bottled, filtered water for tea

*Glass beverage dispenser

* Flower vessels for each table

(you bring your own flowers)

*Welcome sign or mirror (simple custom vinyl message additional $10.00-$20.00)

*Vintage wrought iron tea cart flower bar (you bring your own flowers and wrap)

*One on site party attendant to assist with event

*Beige table linens for round tables

*Set up and clean up of items from The Parlor only (will help with food displays if needed)

*(All refuse must be removed by guests from The Parlor at the conclusion of event.)*

Diamond Package
$95.00/hr + $22.00 Per Person (Up To 24 People)

4 Hour Minimum
Includes Set Up and Break Down TIme

Includes:

*Rental of venue 

*Includes full use of prep kitchen (small fridge, small microwave, full size sink)

*Choice of either:

Posh Tea Party Package (mismatched salad plate, teacup and saucer, 1 each silverplate teaspoon and butter knife) plus vintage juice glass or water goblet and vintage assorted cloth napkin

-or-

Posh Classic Table Setting (mismatched dinner plate, silverplate fork and knife, and vintage juice glass or water goblet) plus vintage assorted cloth napkin

*Essential tea party/party serveware (three tiered servers, cake stands, platters, sugar/creamer sets, teapots, serving utensils, etc.)

* Silverplate samovar (for hot water)

*Bottled, filtered water for tea

*Glass beverage dispenser

* Flower vessels/flowers for guest tables and two fireplaces plus one custom medium/large arrangement created by The Parlor staff (local, seasonal flowers chosen by staff based on availability; includes procuring flowers, floral design, floral design accessories)

*Welcome sign or mirror (simple custom vinyl message additional $10.00-$20.00)

*Vintage wrought iron tea cart flower bar (flowers included; local, seasonal flowers chosen by staff based on availability; flower wrap included)

*Beige table linens for round tables

*One on site party attendant to assist with event

*Set up and clean up of items from The Parlor only (will help with food displays if needed)

*(All refuse must be removed by guests from The Parlor at the conclusion of event.)*

Posh Kids Parties

Celebrate in Style!

Why let the grown-ups have all the fun?  Celebrate your little one's birthday with us! Ideal for kids age 5-12. (One adult must be present for every five children; maximum of 15 children.)

Includes:

*Rental of venue

*Paper or china (or a mix of both) tea party place setting consisting of teacup/demitasse cup, lunch plate, napkin, paper placemat, plastic charger, paper cup and straw

*1 china tea tier for every 3-4 guests  

*Glass beverage dispenser

*1 teapot fresh floral OR balloon centerpiece for main table

*1 small vase with fresh flowers OR balloon centerpiece for small tables

* 2 crafts and/or games, small fascinator hair clip, headband or

paper crown craft (crown included as one of the crafts above)

*Birthday sash for guest of honor

*Cloth or paper/plastic tablecloths for small tables

*Creamer/sugar sets with spoons if needed

*Welcome sign (simple custom vinyl message additional $10.00-$20.00)

*Use of vintage flower cart (florals additional)

*Onsite Posh host who sets up party before your arrival (does not assist with party; party assistant to help with activities, serving and cleanup additional $30.00/hr. which includes gratuity)

****$95.00/hr. (2 hour minimum/3 hour maximum) + $14.00 Per Child****

Our Posh Kids Parties are highly customizable.  Ask about special menu items from our preferred caterers, extra decor, fun backdrops and more!
